Shipping / Local Pick Up

At the current time we ship Monday to Friday, following the sequence in which they are received. It is important to note that the store is not liable for any delays that may occur during the shipping process. Customers are encouraged to monitor their local post office and utilize the tracking information provided to stay updated on their shipments.

Reissue of orders is contingent upon the completion of specific procedures. Orders will not be reissued until the post office has been contacted and a claim has been filed. In exceptional circumstances, an order may be reissued one month after it has been received by the post office, rather than from the date the shipping label was created.

Throughout the year, the store offers promotional free shipping via USPS. These promotions are exclusively applicable to GROUND or MEDIA MAIL services. Customers also have the option to select expedited shipping methods, such as priority USPS, UPS, or FedEx, during the checkout process.

When opting for the free shipping promotion at checkout, customers should be aware that it is subject to standard shipping conditions. It is advisable to review the shipping options available to ensure that the selected method aligns with the desired delivery timeframe.

Local Pickups: 

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours of purchase. Please wait for the “pick up” email to be sent before coming to the store. Local pick up are offered daily from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm. to pick up your order.
